Limited Warranty and Other Policies

  • What is the Free Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty?  

At Miraki Jewels, we offer a free limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Miraki Jewels pieces. This covers any manufacturing-related damage.

  • How can I have my Miraki Jewels piece evaluated for warranty coverage?  

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 (585) 566-6666. U.S. customers will receive a free return label. International customers must pay a $100 fee before shipping their items to us for evaluation.

  • Is the fee refundable for international customers?  

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the damage is covered under our limited warranty, the $100 fee will be refunded to you in the original form of payment.

  • What happens if the damage is not covered under the warranty?  

If the damage is not covered under the limited warranty, we will provide you with a repair quote for your approval. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. For details on customs policies, you may contact your local customs office.

  • What will happen if my jewelry is covered under the limited warranty?  

If our repair experts determine the damage is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

  • Will the warranty be void if another jeweler repairs my jewelry?  

Yes, any repairs or services performed by jewelers other than Miraki Jewels will void the limited warranty.

Exclusions and Wear & Tear

  • What does the limited warranty not cover?  

Our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft, or damage caused by neglecting necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry’s integrity.

  • What are some examples of issues not covered as manufacturing defects?  
  1. Discoloration of metals due to chemicals, makeup, or exposure to pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
  2. Wear and tear on prongs or precious metals over time.
  3. Prongs catching, bending, or wearing out, leading to stone loss.
  4. Loss of stones due to everyday wear or damage.
  • How can I protect my jewelry from damage or loss?  

We recommend purchasing an extended service plan for additional coverage and maintaining independent insurance for significant damage, loss, or theft of your jewelry.

Extend Protection Plan

  • What is the Extend Protection Plan?  

The Extend Protection Plan offers enhanced coverage beyond our standard limited warranty, including protection against accidental damage.

  • What benefits does the Extend Protection Plan include?  

The plan covers services such as repairs, free ring sizing, rhodium plating, and polishing.

  • How long does the coverage last?  

Coverage options vary from 2 years to a lifetime, depending on the plan you’ve selected.

  • How can I add the Extend Protection Plan?

Gift Card

After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital gift card reference code via email.

  • How do I redeem my gift card?  

To redeem, enter the code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field during checkout.

  • Are gift cards transferable or refundable?  

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • What happens if I don’t use the full balance?  

Any remaining balance will be available for future purchases using the same code, check your balance in our online portal above.

Miraki Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Engraving Services

  • Do you offer engraving services?  

Yes, we offer free engraving on all our items.

Yes, the engraving size may vary depending on the item's size.

  • Can I return an engraved item?  

Yes, engraved items can be returned, but there is a $25 return fee to cover the removal of custom engravings.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • What is your return and exchange policy?  

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

  • How do I process a return or exchange?  

Most returns and exchanges can be processed through our online portal, and a customer service representative will assist you.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, in pristine, unworn condition, along with any accompanying documentation, certifications, promotional materials, or gifts.

  • When does the return window begin?  

The return policy begins when your purchase is ready for shipment or pickup.

  • Which items are not eligible for return?  

- Items returned outside the 7-day window.  

- Items showing signs of wear, including scratches.  

- Items that have been exchanged previously.  

- Custom-designed jewelry.  

- Orders altered during processing.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it’s in unworn condition and that all promotional gifts, documents, and certifications are included. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

  • How long does it take for credit card refunds?  

The refund time may vary depending on your credit card company’s processing time.

  • How are international refunds handled?  

International refunds are issued in US Dollars based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Miraki Jewels is not responsible for currency fluctuations or fees from financial institutions.

  • What if I don’t have a return shipping authorization number?  

Packages without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted. Return authorizations are valid for 7 days, and items must be shipped within that period.
